Terms and Conditions of Agadir Activities Guide (AAG)

1. About Us

We, Agadir Activities Guide (“AAG”, “we” or “us”), operate the online platform through which tours, excursions, and activities (“Activities”) are offered by independent local providers (“Suppliers”).

Our platform is designed to connect travelers with activity providers in Agadir and surrounding areas. We act solely as an intermediary/commercial agent between you and the Suppliers. All descriptions, photos, and content for the listed Activities come directly from the Suppliers. AAG does not create or control this content.

2. Scope

2.1 These AAG Terms & Conditions (“AAG T&Cs”) apply to all visitors and users (“Users”) of the AAG platform. By using our website, you agree to comply with these T&Cs.

2.2 These T&Cs apply to all our services unless otherwise specified. Any terms you provide that conflict with these T&Cs will not apply unless explicitly agreed to in writing by AAG.

2.3 The platform is for personal use only. Commercial use, including the resale of tickets, is strictly prohibited.

3. What We Do

3.1 You can browse and book Activities through AAG. The contract for the Activity is made directly between you and the Supplier (“Service Agreement”). AAG does not itself provide activities and is not a contractual party to your booking. We act as an authorized commercial agent for Suppliers, facilitating bookings and payments on their behalf.

3.2 Activities can be filtered and displayed according to your preferences.

3.3 Customer inquiries may be directed to AAG Customer Support, which will liaise with Suppliers if necessary. In urgent cases, Supplier contact details are provided on your voucher/ticket.

3.4 AAG may restrict or cancel bookings if fraud, misuse, or violations of these T&Cs are suspected.

3.5 We are not obligated to maintain or expand the platform. Services may be discontinued at any time without prior notice.

4. Registration and AAG Account

4.1 You can use the AAG platform without registration, but certain features may require creating an account (e.g. wish lists, faster booking).

4.2 To create an account, you must provide your full name, a valid email address, and set a password. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

4.3 Each User may only create one account, which is non-transferable.

5. AAG Apps (Future Development)

5.1 AAG may in the future provide mobile applications (“AAG Apps”). Once launched, these apps will be licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

5.2 Updates may be released, which can add, remove, or change features. You agree to install updates promptly once available.

5.3 The AAG Apps, when launched, may collect limited data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You will have the ability to manage permissions and consents.

6. User Agreement with AAG

6.1 The User Agreement covers your use of the AAG platform (free of charge).

6.2 By accessing or using the platform, you enter into this agreement with AAG. You may request account deletion at any time via our support channels.

6.3 AAG may terminate your access to the platform or your account with one week’s notice. Termination for serious violations may be immediate.

7. Customer Service

7.1 You can reach AAG support via email or phone (details provided on our website).

7.2 We may offer special promotions or discounts from time to time. These will be clearly marked as such.

8. Payment

8.1 Prices displayed on the AAG platform (“Posted Price”) apply to the Activities. The final amount you pay (“Booking Price”) is shown at checkout and is payable immediately, unless otherwise stated.

8.2 Payments are processed by AAG on behalf of Suppliers. Once you have successfully paid AAG, your payment obligation to the Supplier is fulfilled.

8.3 Refunds, when applicable, will be processed back to your original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

9. Changes and Cancellations

9.1 Cancellations are subject to the Supplier’s cancellation terms, as shown on the Activity page and/or your voucher/ticket.

9.2 Unless otherwise stated, the following apply:

• Cancellation more than 24 hours before the Activity: full refund.

• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the Activity or no-show: no refund.

9.3 Requests for changes or cancellations must be made through AAG. We will confirm these on behalf of the Supplier.

10. Reviews and User Content

10.1 Users may submit reviews, photos, or other content (“User Content”).

10.2 You are responsible for ensuring your content is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights. Offensive, defamatory, or illegal content is prohibited.

10.3 By posting User Content, you grant AAG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it (including in marketing).

10.4 AAG may remove User Content at its discretion.

11. Data Protection

All personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy. Data necessary to fulfill your booking will be shared with Suppliers. Suppliers are independent data controllers for the information they receive.
